Barry Couts Sr.

Mr. Couts has over 35 years of experience in the architectural, engineering and construction industry, performing inspection, design consulting and validation, technical management in all aspects of construction design and compliance, project management and major client account management. He brings a wealth of analytical, negotiation and communication skills, as well as technical expertise to the table.

Barry’s education and training include extensive training courses in Project Management, seminars and certification as a Woolpert Consultant, education at the Hobart School of Welding Technology, is NACE Certified and is a proud Member of the NACE International Corrosion Society. His background includes technical management in all aspects of construction from preliminary to final commissioning, including significant involvement with the architectural hardware and access control world. He has demonstrated success in effectively designing and managing many complicated projects for notable clients, including multimillion-dollar federal and state projects. His private commercial clients have included Meijer Corporation, Bank One, and Fifth Third Bank.
